CCE Setup

Steps to setup CCE.

Go to Examination module on the left side of the dashboard and click to the examination module.

Then go to CCE setup and click the module. Different options appear Category, Descriptor, Grade Setup, and Lock CCE Scores.

How to add/edit/delete CCE descriptor??

  • To add new CCE descriptor.
  • Go to the examination module on the left side of the dashboard.
  • Then go to CCE setup and click to CCE setup module. After that different option appears then click to descriptor option. After that, a next page appears of the descriptor.
  • Then go to +NEW DESCRIPTOR  on the right side of the page and click the button.
  • After that a for appears. 
  • Select the CSA category from the list.
  • Name: Name field denotes the new name of the descriptor.
  • Click the “SAVE” button to save new descriptor.       

How to edit and delete descriptor.

  • Go to the examination module on the left side of the dashboard.
  • Then go to CCE setup and click to CCE setup module. After that different option appears then click to descriptor option. After that, the next page of descriptor appears.
  • Then click to edit or delete for those subject which is to be edited or deleted.
  • After click to edit button then a form appears.
  • Then select the CSA and edit the name from Name field. Click the “SAVE” button. Then new descriptor will be edited.

How to delete Descriptor.

  • Go to the examination module on the left side of the dashboard.
  • Then go to CCE setup and click to CCE setup module. After that different option appears then click to descriptor option. After that, the next page of descriptor appears.
  • Then click to delete button for those subject which is to delete.
  • After click to delete button message appears at the top.
  • Click the OK button then subject offered will be deleted.
