Grade Help File

This module helps to verify grade. In this module, we can add grade and capacity of grade. We can view the capacity of grade. We can edit grade as well as module helps to add subject in grade. We can assigned class teacher as well as we can edit class teacher. We can add section to grade as well.  We can add elective subject to grade. This module gives overall student summary, which helps to identify total number of student based on (Gender, Caste, Student Type, and St Status, Occupancy).

We can even set student target marks. This helps to set the full and pass marks. We can list no of failed student in each subject. After marks set up it, helps to give overall result summary of class. Subject:

We can add subject and edit subject list. After adding subject in subject module, it will be easy to select subject while adding to grade. To add subject in grade list of subject should be add in subject module. This module gives unique subject code so that we cannot add same subject again.

1: Click Grade link in left menu.

2: Grade page loads listing all the existing Grade.

3: Click “+ ADD Grade” button at top right corner of the page

4:  Add Grade Form appears.

5:  Fill all necessary information of Grade. Fields with red borders are mandatory.

6: After filling necessary fields  click “Submit” button to add new grade.

1:  Click Grade link in left menu.

2: Grade page loads listing all the existing Grade.

3: Click “VIEW” button for those grade which you wants to assign class teacher.
( After click to “VIEW” button profile page of grade appears ).

4: Then we can see Manage Section list form.

Click to + ADD SECTION TEACHER” at the right corner of the page  of “Manage Section list”.

5: Fill all necessary information of Teacher. Fields with red borders are mandatory.

6: After filling necessary fields  click “Submit” button to add section and class teacher.

1:  Click Grade link in left menu.

2: Grade page loads listing all the existing Grade.

3. Click “VIEW” button for those grade which you wants to change class teacher.
( After click to “VIEW” button profile page of grade appears ).

4. Then we can see Manage Section list form.

5: Click “Edit” button.

6: Then Form appears.
we can change class teacher as well as capacity of class.

7: To change class teacher ( click to class  Teacher button different option appears ). click to one option.

8: After filling all necessary data click “SUBMIT” button class teacher will be change.

1:  Click Grade link in left menu.

2: Grade page loads listing all the existing Grade.

3: Click “VIEW” button for those grade which you wants to add subject.
( After click to “VIEW” button profile page of grade appears ).

4: Then we can see Manage Subject list form.

5: Click to ” + ADD SUBJECT TO GRADE” at the right corner of the page  of “Manage Subject list”.
After click to “+ ADD SUBJECT TO GRADE” a form appears.

6. Fill all necessary information to add subject. Fields with red borders are mandatory.

7. After filling necessary fields  click “Submit” button to add subject.

Note : Repeat step 5, 6, 7 to add other subject to same grade.

Note : To add subject to next Grade repeat step from step 2 .

4: Then we can see Manage Subject list form.

5: Click to ” + ADD SUBJECT TO GRADE” at the right corner of the page  of “Manage Subject list”.
After click to “+ ADD SUBJECT TO GRADE” a form appears.

6: Fill all necessary information to add subject. Fields with red borders are mandatory.

7: To Add optional subject:
we can see Elective Name box in form.

Click to “Elective Name” Box then we get different option select one option and click “SUBMIT” button.
Then optional subject will be added.

1:  Click Grade link in left menu.

2: Grade page loads listing all the existing Grade.

3: Click “VIEW” button for those grade which you wants to set target marks for subjects taught in academic year.
( After click to “VIEW” button profile page of grade appears ).

Note : Scroll the page

4: Then we can see “SET STUDENT MARKS”

5: Click to ”SET STUDENT MARKS” at the left corner of the page.


After click to “SET STUDENT MARKS” next page appears.

6: We can see “Student Target Marks From”.

7: Fill marks in “Target Marks(%)”.

8: After filling all the target marks click “SAVE” button.
Note: Target marks will be save.
